John
Celentano is responsible for Corporate Strategy and the company’s Productivity Transformation Initiative.

John
joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a sales representative in 1982. He advanced through the Bristol-Myers
Squibb ranks in sales, market research and marketing. In 2000,
he became vice president and general manager, Northern Europe,
and in 2002 was promoted to president of our operations in Latin America and Canada. Three years later, he was named president,
Health Care Group, with responsibility for the Mead
Johnson Nutritionals,
ConvaTec and Medical Imaging divisions. John was appointed to his current role in March 2008.
John earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in 1982 and an MBA from Drexel University in 1989. He is married and has three children.
